All of our classes are fully coached from start to finish and can be tailored to any ability level. Whether you are a total newbie or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, we’ll give you a great workout everytime you come to class! Each class is by a certified trainer and is 1 hour with our fun community!

WHAT IS CROSSFIT?

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing etcetera. CrossFit is our bread and butter and you’ll find these classes every day throughout the week. Classes are with 4-8 people to still have a personal touch and we welcome all levels.

Goal in Strength Club is to build a stronger body with more power. We do that by starting with the basics: like squats, hinges (deadlift), presses and carry. Periodized  and safely overloaded each week by: less rest in between, more volume and higher intensity. In that way you’ll get stronger week by week. This is followed by accessory work to improve strength and stabilisation. You’ll find traditional barbell work & functional bodybuilding style training in this class. We welcome all levels in this class! Groups are 4-8 people.

WEIGHTLIFTING

This class is an addition to our CrossFit class, to dive deeper into olympic weightlifting and focus on improving technique. Step by step you’ll go through technique and lift more kilos along the way and also in our CrossFit class.

Next to our classes we offer personal training. Get a tailored plan and guidance to reach your individual goals. You can access our open gym also if you are a personal training member, to complement the work that we do together. Next to that we include homemade protein shakes and hot coffees!

1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING

Need some extra focus or support in your training? Whether you want to improve your movement, dial in on a specific skill, or just get some personalised advice. Spending 1:1 time with a Coach can be invaluable.

DUO PERSONAL TRAINING

Work towards your goals with a partner in crime. This form of training is especially fun if you share the same goal. Whether you want to improve your movement, dial in on a specific skill, or just get some personalised advice. Spending time as a duo with a Coach can be invaluable.
