GEZONDE KAPSALON RECEPT

INGREDIENTS (1 PERSON)

  • 1 packs Vivera plant shoarma, use 130 grams (not sponsored)
  • 1/3 cucumber
  • 50 grams Yoghurt low-fat
  • 300 grams potatoes
  • Slankie cheese
  • Sriracha
  • 1x Little gem lettuce
  • Fresh garlic
  • Pepper and salt
  • Sriracha (hot sauce)

RECIPE HEALTHY KAPSALON

STEP 1: THE FRIES
1. Pre-heat the airfryer at 180 degrees / pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees
2. Peel te potatoes
3. Cut them into fries
4. Brush a little oil over them and a little salt

5. Place them in the air fryer / oven

STEP 2: THE SAUCE
1. Put 50 grams of low-fat yoghurt in a bowl
2. Slice up the cucumber and mix it through
3. Add a (half) piece of fresh grinded garlic
4. Add pepper and salt to taste

STEP 3: LITTLE GEM
1. Take the outer leaves of the little gem
2. Wash them thoroughly and dry them with a paper towel
3. Cut them in small slices

STEP 4: THE SHOARMA
1. Take a non-sticking pan and let it warm up on the stove
2. Toss in the Vivera plant shoarma
3. Let it turn brown and crispy and
4. Sprinkle the cheese over it and cover it up

STEP 5: IN THE MIX
1. Take out the fries and put them in your oven dish (sometimes we put aluminium foil in it – like an old-fashioned kapsalon)
2. Place the shoarma with melted cheese over it
3. Add the little gem
4. Sprinkle your sauce and some extra sriracha over it
5. Time to relax and enjoy!
