This is a very easy nutritional meal that you can make in 10 minutes! It’s high protein, vegetarian and low in fat. We simplified our pasta recipe it, so you can make or meal prep this quickly and have this for lunch!
1 Pack fresh spaghetti (250 grams)
1 pack ‘kruimgehakt’ Vivera
200 grams mushrooms
200 grams courgette
1 onion
1 Glove of garlic (optional)
Fresh basil
200 grams can of chopped tomatoes (see link)
Albert Heijn fresh napolitana sauce or Arrabbiata sauce (similar nutritional values – see link) PepperSalt
