We will make sure that your goal is achieved with a personal nutrition plan and weekly intensive training guidance. Would you like more information? We create a program tailored to your individual goals. In that way you make a lot more progress than you would do in a group workout. Everything you do brings you a step closer to your goals. We note all your trainings with used weights and times to measure your progress and stay motivated.

As you improve your strength and conditioning with personal training, you'll also experience changes in body looks.

Though we don't pay too much attention to it (we barely have mirrors) and we don't use the scale to measure success.

We measure success with your personal records: weights, times and skills.

With training you learn the correct techniques, overcome challenges and make a lot of endorphins. Seeing goals achieved will help to grow your confidence and make you feel good. It also prevents injuries (for example when you sit a lot).
