TASTY VEGETARIAN SHOARMA

INGREDIENTS

1x Vivera Shoarma

Chunk cucumber

1/2 red paprika

Low-fat yoghurt 

Fresh Garlic

Pepper

Salt

Rice

Pita bread

HOW TO MAKE IT

1. RICE

1. Wash your rice till your water isn’t milky anymore but clear

2. Put your rice in a rice cooker and add 1,5x an amount of water

3. Switch it on

2. VEGGIES

1. Cut up a paprika

2. Cut or grate a big chunk of a cucumber

3. SHOARMA

1. Swift briefly a little oil in a good pan (we love Creuset pans for this)
2. Put in the package of shoarma on high heat to give it an extra crisp.
3. Add water instead of oil (usually) to prevent if from burning and heat it up throughout

4. SAUCE

1. Add a big spoon of yoghurt

2. Add the grated cucumber

3. Add a small piece of pressed garlic

4. Add salt and pepper 

5. PUT IT TOGETHER

1. Heat up 3 pita breads in the oven or grill, sprinkle a bit of water on them before putting them in

2. Slice them open and add lettuce, sauce, paprika, shoarma in layers

3. Put it on a plate and add the rice to it

4. Enjoy!
